We appreciate at least 24-hours notice with no penalty. We understand scheduling conflicts are sometimes unavoidable. However, those unable to provide appropriate notice upon the 2nd cancellation will be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled services. You may be asked to provide a valid credit card to book any future appointments.
FAILURE TO SHOW
Upon the 2nd failure to show for a scheduled appointment, the policy is the same as for cancellations. We reserve the right to charge a No-Show fee of up to 50% of the cost of scheduled services. You may be asked to provide a valid credit card to book future appointments.
We are committed to providing the highest quality services and respect to our guests, clients and our staff. This policy allows us to schedule and service other guests who may otherwise be turned away due to a fully booked schedule. Our commitment is to you.
